I know what a secure marriage can give a family.
I grew up in a home where my parents loved each other openly. Their marriage wasn’t perfect, but it was strong, affectionate, and full of grace. I never had to wonder whether Mom or Dad was going to leave—and that security shaped me. I want other couples, and their children, to know that kind of home.

Why marriage matters so much to me
For me, marriage is more than companionship. It is one of the clearest practical pictures of how covenant works—promises kept, loyalty lived out, sacrifice freely given, and love demonstrated even when the other person falls short.
I have been married for 33 years, and together we have raised nine children. It has been a tremendous journey—full of growth, responsibility, grace, laughter, challenge, and the daily work of building a life together.
When a covenant marriage is healthy, the couple lives with greater peace instead of constant anxiety. Their children feel that peace. Home becomes a place of rest, joy, love, and security.
Covenant comes first
Most marriage help begins with behavior or mindset. Those matter, but I believe they are downstream from the foundation. Marriage is a binding covenant ordered by promises, obligations, loyalty, sacrifice, care, and respect. At the deepest level, I believe a strong covenant marriage flows from first being in covenant relationship with Yah. Everything else grows from there.

Why I created The Marriage Medic
I see too many couples treating symptoms while the deeper issue remains untouched. I created The Marriage Medic to be a trusted voice that helps couples diagnose what is actually happening beneath the surface and then develop a practical protocol for healing and restoration.
That means I work with couples across the spectrum—from basically healthy couples who want deeper roots, to couples who have drifted and lost passion, to marriages on the brink of destruction. Wherever a couple begins, the goal is the same: clarity about what is true, hope about what can change, and a clear path to walk it out.
I want couples to feel like a trusted friend is helping them overcome what has challenged them. I will challenge them and call them higher, but in a way that inspires growth rather than demands performance. I want them to leave with clarity, hope, and joy for the marriage ahead.
A strong marriage should make home feel like home.
Peace. Security. Rest. Joy. A place where husband, wife, and children can breathe because covenant love is being lived out. That is the kind of marriage and family legacy The Marriage Medic exists to help build.
