Information we collect
The Marriage Medic may collect information you provide through contact forms, booking, payment, intake and safety screening, assessments, coaching records, and follow-up communications. Some client information may be sensitive because it concerns marriage history, family circumstances, safety, or personal experiences.
How information is used
Information is used to administer appointments, process payments, prepare for coaching services, review assessments, communicate with clients, provide follow-up, maintain appropriate business records, and improve Marriage Medic services.
Service providers
The website may rely on service providers for website hosting, scheduling, payment processing, email delivery, forms, security, backups, and related business functions. Those providers receive only the information needed for the function they perform, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Sensitive form responses
Marriage Medic client forms are intended to be reviewed within the protected website administration environment rather than copied into ordinary email notifications. Clients should use the designated intake and assessment forms for sensitive information instead of general contact channels.
Payments
Payment information is processed through Stripe and associated payment tools. The Marriage Medic does not need to receive or store a client’s full payment-card number in ordinary coaching records.
Retention and security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information, but no website, email system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for service delivery, legitimate business purposes, applicable obligations, and dispute or safety documentation.
Questions or requests
Privacy questions or requests concerning information you have submitted may be sent through the site’s general contact page. Identity may need to be verified before records are disclosed, corrected, or deleted where applicable.
