What Marriage Medic coaching may provide

Marriage Medic services may include marriage education, structured coaching, assessment interpretation, observation of relationship patterns, guided conversations, restoration planning, practical exercises, accountability, and follow-up. Assessments are used to organize information and identify possible restoration priorities; they are not clinical diagnoses.

What Marriage Medic coaching is not

Marriage Medic coaching is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, domestic-violence intervention, emergency response, or crisis treatment. Participation does not establish a therapist-patient, physician-patient, or attorney-client relationship.

Safety priority

Safety outranks the normal coaching process. Ordinary joint coaching may need to pause or change course when there are credible concerns involving physical violence, sexual coercion or abuse, coercive control, stalking, threats of harm, weapon-related threats, suicidal risk or self-harm, child-safety concerns, severe mental-health crisis, active addiction or impairment that prevents safe participation, or a significant legal crisis.

Abuse is not treated as ordinary marital conflict. Marriage Medic frameworks, Scripture, covenant language, forgiveness, submission, reconciliation, or shared-responsibility language must not be used to pressure a harmed spouse to remain unsafe or to excuse another person’s abusive choices.

No guaranteed outcomes

No service can guarantee restoration, reconciliation, divorce prevention, changed spouse behavior, forgiveness, emotional healing, sexual restoration, or any other specific relationship outcome. Marriage Medic can commit to an honest process, ethical boundaries, focused preparation, and practical guidance within scope.

Emergency situations

If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate local crisis or safety resource. Do not rely on a website form, scheduled coaching appointment, or routine Marriage Medic communication for emergency response.

Client agency

Marriage Medic may challenge avoidance, disorder, blame, or destructive patterns, but clients retain responsibility for their own choices. Coaching does not authorize the coach to control a spouse, force disclosure, force forgiveness or reconciliation, or make major personal decisions on a client’s behalf.
